TWO men from Bradford have been charged with conspiracy to commit murder after a 29-year-old woman was shot in the face.
Lancashire Police made a number of arrests after the incident, which took place on Buttermere Avenue in Morecambe at about 12.30am on December 2.
Officers believe shots were fired from a shotgun through the living room window of a house, hitting the victim in the face.
She was taken to hospital and her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
Jayden Williams, 25, of Allerton Road, Bradford and Damien Ivory, 23, of Basil Street, Bradford, were charged alongside Dean Tarry, 50, of Westminster Road, Morecambe.
Tanaka Mutambirwa, 25, of no fixed address, was charged with conspiracy to commit murder and attempted murder.
The men were due to appear at Preston Magistrates' Court yesterday.
Four people who were earlier arrested on suspicion of attempted murder have been released on bail and four men arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply class A drugs have been released under investigation.
Three people arrested in Huddersfield on suspicion of assisting an offender have also been released pending investigations.
