ARE you dreaming of a white Christmas?

This year your dreams might come true as bookmakers are offering odds of 3/1 for snow across Bradford on December 25.

The city has been named as the fourth most likely place in the UK to see a white Christmas after research by World Weather Online said there is a 10.48% chance of snow.

John Hill from bookmakers Coral said the odds are much shorter this year after standing at 5/1 for snow on Christmas Day in 2016.

He added: “We have seen a lot of interest in there being a white Christmas this year in Bradford as punters are convinced that many of the northern cities in the UK are going to be hit with the white stuff on Christmas Day.

“If snow does fall on the big day, it will be an expensive result for the bookmakers as there has been a strong gamble since October.”
