Two accidents are said to be causing delays for motorists around the Chain Bar junction of the M62
A CRASH closed one lane of the westbound M62 heading towards Bradford this morning.
The incident, involving two cars, led to slow traffic and delays between junction 27, Gildersome, and junction 26, Chain Bar.
Congestion is stretching back to junction 28, Tingley.
The lane has now re-opened but drivers are being warned that travel time through the section is around 40 minutes.
There are also reports of an accident on the southbound M606 causing delays leading up to the Chain Bar junction.
