POLICE have released an e-fit of a man they want to speak to over a distraction burglary at a house belonging to people aged in their 90s.

The man (pictured) is believed to be one of two suspects who attended an address in East Bowling and offered to do some work on the occupants’ guttering. The occupants were asked to go to the back of the house with him to look at the guttering, while a second man entered through an unlocked front door.

A safe, believed to have contained personal items and around £1,500 in cash, was taken at around 1pm on November 20.

They are described as white men, one of them was believed to be in his 40s of large build. He is around 5ft 10ins tall, wore a blue beanie hat and an anorak with a jumper underneath.

The second suspect is described as being in his late 20s with medium length jet black hair.
