The teenagers were arrested after a short foot chase
Two teenagers have been arrested on suspicion of going equipped for theft.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesperson said the boys, aged 14 and 15, were spotted by officers in Thackley in the early hours of the morning and were detained after a short foot chase.
A torch and screwdriver were recovered.
Both remain in custody while enquiries continue.
