A car was torched in what is thought to have been a deliberate blaze.
Firefighters from Odsal were called to Ivy Terrace, off Buttershaw Lane, at around 11.30pm yesterday, where a Ford Fiesta was on fire.
A spokesperson from the fire station said it looked as though a window in the car had been smashed, as there was a brick on the back seat, and then set on fire.
Firefighters used a hose reel and a breathing apparatus set to tackle the fire and they stayed at the scene for around half an hour.
The incident has been passed on to police.
Meanwhile, firefighters from Fairweather Green station were called to a blaze off Bull Royd Avenue, Allerton, where a Toyota Yaris was "well alight" in what is also thought to have been a deliberate fire.
