Man arrested after being found with Class A drugs in stolen car
A MAN has been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing after being found parked in a stolen car in Girlington.
Police were called to Westfield Road last night after a report was received about a parked up Renault Clio which appeared to have changed its registration plates.
When officers went to investigate the car they found a 21-year-old man in the vehicle. After searching the man they found a quantity of Class A drugs.
He was arrested for possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
Police are trying to trace the owners of the vehicle, which is thought to have been stolen from the Greater Manchester area.
