A £1.9 MILLION underground development in Bradford has been shortlisted for a national award.
Sunbridgewells (pictured) has reached the grand final of this year’s building excellence awards after winning a regional prize.
It won best change of use of an existing building or conversion at this year’s West Yorkshire Building Excellence Awards held in Wakefield.
The Local Authority Building Control (LABC) national Grand Final Building Excellence Awards will be held on Friday, November 10, at the Westminster Park Plaza, London. Bradford’s project will be up against 11 other regional award winners.
Councillor Alex Ross-Shaw, Bradford Council executive member for regeneration, planning and transport, said the site “richly deserves national recognition”.
