The police road closure in Hall Ings after a man threatened to jump from NCP multi-storey car park
A MAN threatening to jump from a city centre car park brought a busy Bradford road to a standstill this afternoon.
Police closed the road adjacent to the NCP Car Park, in Hall Ings, from around 2.11pm to 3pm as the man, who police said was in his 30s, threatened to jump from the sixth floor of the multi-storey car park.
Shortly before 3pm the man was persuaded away from the outside wall and walked down to the ground floor where he was taken away in a police van for medical attention.
