PLANS to bring an empty building in Little Germany back into use have been submitted to Bradford Council.
The application, by Iqbal Singh, is for 4 Cater Street, a building that already has permission for a flats conversion.
This application is for conversion of offices to D1 use, which can include clinics, health centres, day nurseries, schools, art galleries, museums, libraries, places of worship, church halls or law courts.
The plans will see second floor windows, currently bricked up, re-instated.
A spokesman for the applicant told the Telegraph & Argus they were “unable to disclose” much detail about the proposals at the moment, but the planning application is for a building containing three court rooms.
