POLICE are hunting an armed robber who fled with cash after holding up a Bradford petrol station at gunpoint.
The man made demands for money after entering the Shell fuel station on Canal Road with what police believe was a handgun.
Detectives have today released CCTV images of a man they are seeking to trace in connection with the incident, which took place at around 3pm on Friday, September 15.
The suspect made off with the cash along Canal Road in the direction of the Ibis Hotel.
He is described as black, around 6”0” tall, and of slim-build.
He was dressed all in black and carrying a bag, thought to contain the handgun.
Detective Inspector Ryan Bragg, of Bradford CID, said enquiries into the incident were continuing, adding: “While no-one was injured during the incident, clearly this has been a frightening experience for those involved and I am appealing for anyone who has any information, or who can identify the person pictured in the CCTV images, to come forward."
