A FINAL invite has gone out to attract as many people as possible to a memorial fun day and charity rugby match in memory of Keighley teenager Callum Mynott.

The event is being held on Saturday, September 16, to raise cash for the cancer charity for young people CLIC Sargent.

Callum, who was known as CJ, died in October 2015. He had lived in Stockbridge and was a former Beckfoot School pupil and Craven College student.

The event in his memory begins at 12.30pm at Keighley Albion Rugby Club's base at Crossflatts Cricket Club.

Donated signed shirts from Keighley Cougars and Bradford City Football Club will be auctioned off.

Helen Banks, Callum's aunt, said donations to be used as prizes will include an exotic animal-handling session and a catering spread for up to 25 people.

She added: "We'll be having a barbecue, cake stalls and live music until 10pm.

"A lot of people have really come together to make this a success and Callum's family would like to thank everyone who is making a contribution."

Other entertainment will include a bouncy castle, face painting, a mini assault course, tug of war, tombola, music and a raffle. Everyone is welcome to attend.
