HEROIN and crack cocaine were discovered in a car by police after a tip off from the public.
On Saturday officers received a report of drug dealing on Fern Hill Road, Shipley. Officers who went to the area then saw a suspected drugs deal on Wycliffe Road, at its junction with Kirkgate.
A car was then stopped on St Paul's Road, and both driver and the vehicle, a 05 plate Astra, were searched.
Officers found a large amount of cash and two bags containing suspected heroin and crack cocaine.
The vehicle was been seized and the driver was arrested at scene. He has since been released pending forensic enquiries.
