Police have issued an appeal for witnesses to a crash in which a motorbike rider was left with head injuries.
Listerhills Road was closed for around two hours on Wednesday morning between its junction with Shearbridge Road and Preston Street after the crash, at around 8.10am.
The rider of the bike, a 33-year-old male, is believed to have fallen from his white Honda CBR bike while turning right into Listerhills Road.
He was taken to Bradford Royal Infirmary with serious injuries.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Police were called by the ambulance service to a single vehicle collision involving a motorbike.

"Road closures were put in place earlier, and the road was reopened at 10.30am."
Anyone with any information about the collision or saw the bike prior to the collision is asked to contact the police via 101 quoting log number 349 of 30 August.
