The fun day at Barkerend Health Centre
BARKEREND Health Centre organised a fun day to encourage people to get fit, stay well and in be shape.
Organisations who joined them at the event earlier this month included Betterstart Bradford, Carers Resource, Cancer UK, Sharing Voices, Bradford Council, Barkerend Children's Centre
and Barkerend Pharmacy.
"We provided free diabetic checks, blood pressure checks, height and weight checks. Due to these checks we had three newly diagnosed diabetic patients," said a spokesman.
