A DRUG addict who burgled £4,650 in cash and computer equipment from a Bradford office has been sentenced to eight months’ imprisonment, suspended for 12 months.
Jan Sivak, 31, left his blood at the premises in Lilycroft Road when he broke in overnight, between June 3 and 4, Bradford Crown Court heard. Sivak, of Queens Road, Kings Cross, Halifax, made off with £3,500 in cash, a phone and computers. He had detoxified while spending two months on remand, his barrister Ken Green said.
He must carry out 250 hours of unpaid work.
