AN APPEAL has been lodged after planners threw out proposals for a worker's accommodation at a Silsden cattery.
Bradford Council said the application – for a dwelling at Delph Feline Retreat, Delph Farm, Coates Lane – failed to provide a "robust" case to justify the size of the proposed development.
And it added that there was insufficient information for the scheme to be properly considered by the planning authority.
Silsden Town Council also objected to the application, citing overdevelopment of the green belt.
The appeal is being dealt with on the basis of written representations.
