Cannabis plants found at a property in Holmewood
TWO people have been arrested have been arrested after a cannabis farm was found in a house in Holmewood.
Police officers executed a drugs warrant at an address on the Holmewood estate.
Entry was forced and 168 plants were found as well as a large bag of cropped cannabis.
Also found during the raid was a large cannister of pepper spray and, while legal in mainland Europe and America, in this country its treated as a firearm and dealt with in this manner.
Two people were arrested from the address for production of cannabis and possession of a firearm and remain in custody tonight.
