The plot of land in Heaton that will go under the hammer next month
A PLOT of land in Heaton, which has planning permission for houses, will be auctioned off next month.
The land off Quarry Street was granted planning permission for two semi detached cottages in 2015, but work on the homes never began.
The land will now go under the hammer at a Pugh property auction on September 7, and will have a guide price of £50,000.
The auction takes place at Leeds United Football Club at noon.
