Police seized a vehicle in Bradford city centre last night.
The car was stopped by police in Westgate and a photograph was posted of the vehicle by West Yorkshire Police's Road Policing Unit (RPU) with the message: "Driver couldn't decide if he was insured or not. Vehicle seized and driver reported to court."
Another driver, stopped on Bradford Road, Cottingley, will appear in court for driving with worn tyres.
The RPU tweeted a picture saying: "Someone's got their monies worth from these two front tyres! Next stop a court appearance."
