POLICE are investigating after a man was attacked in the street.
The victim, in his 30s, suffered a head injury in the assault in High Street, Queensbury, on Tuesday afternoon.
A police spokesman confirmed the incident is believed to be linked to a robbery in Queensbury on Monday.
He said the man is now out of hospital and inquiries into the incident are ongoing.
One woman, who asked not to be named, was driving down High Street when the attack happened.
She said she heard a “massive bang” when a brick hit her sister’s car.
The victim, who is thought to have had his young daughter with him, staggered into the road and slid down the side of the vehicle.
The woman said he had been hit with “some force” and there was a “fair bit of blood”.
