A CARE trust is inviting the public to attend its monthly board meeting.
At the Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust meeting, a patient will share her experience of how the Airedale complex care team has helped her.
The team supports people living across Airedale, Wharfedale and Craven.
Members include a range of health and social care professionals, such as doctors, advanced nurse practitioners, a physiotherapist and personal support navigators.
Paul Hogg, trust board secretary, said: "Patient stories can be incredibly powerful.
"People tell us what they think works well and also areas we can improve."
The trust's current performance and quality and finance issues will also be discussed at the meeting, at the admin meeting room, Lynfield Mount Hospital, Heights Lane, Bradford, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm on Thursday (July 27).
Documents can be found online at bdct.nhs.uk/board-papers.
