Police appeal after car mounts kerb and hits lamppost
A 67-YEAR-OLD woman suffered serious but not life threatening injuries after a car mounted a kerb and struck a lamppost.
Police are appealing for witnesses after she was the passenger in a white Peugeot 2008 which crashed into the lamppost on the A65 Coutances Way in Burley-in-Wharfedale at around 2.05pm yesterday.
The woman was taken to Leeds General Infirmary for treatment.
Anyone who saw the incident or saw the car before the collision is asked to call SRANS on 101, quoting log number 1018 of July 16.
