FROM dinosaurs stomping through a shopping centre to a robot marching around City Park, there have been plenty of unusual sights at this weekend's Bradford Science Festival.
Titan the Robot has been entertaining and alarming the crowds in equal measure, squirting jets of water from his eyes and serenading hapless onlookers with comic musical routines.
City Park’s Mirror Pool, below left, has been transformed into a giant lab, with children attempting to balance beach balls on top of its fountains and having a go on water-based play equipment.
The Broadway, pictured below and far right, has become the Jurassic Zone, with prehistoric creatures roaming the centre and youngsters encouraged to try their hand at paleontology and uncover a fossil in the Dino Dig.
And the National Science and Media Museum has also been hosting a range of free activities throughout the weekend, with CSI-style forensic investigations for youngsters and science-themed video games. Summer exhibition Supersenses has been open and the Wonderlab gallery has unveiled a new live show, Enchanted Wood.
