Stranded road sweeping vehicle causes delays on M62
A broken-down road sweeping vehicle is causing delays on the M62 this morning.
The stranded vehicle is blocking lane two of the eastbound carriageway between junction 25 at Brighouse and junction 26 at Chain Bar.
Congestion starts in the dip just before junction 25.
There have also been rush hour problems westbound between junctions 19 and 20 due to one lane being blocked by a broken down van.
