INTERNATIONAL Mixed Ability Sport (IMAS) are holding their first mixed ability cricket session on Sunday at Bradford & Bingley Cricket Club (10.30am-12.30pm).

Lending his support to the post-Ramadan occasion will be Bradford's Ikram Butt, British Asian Trust Ambassador and a former England rugby league player, who said: ''Sport has a tremendous influence over men's and youth culture.

"Young men and women play sport, watch sport and participate in sports culture socially.

"I'm delighted to come along and support the inaugural mixed ability cricket launch at Bradford and Bingley Cricket Club."

The free session is open to new, former or retired cricket players of any ability or age, and participants are asked to wear casual sports clothing and trainers.
