Alistair Brett Houldsworth, aged 30, of Manningham Lane, Manningham; two counts of sending by means of public electronic communications network a message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character, jailed for 10 weeks suspended for 12 months, £115 costs. Jason Peter Wright, aged 36, of Medway, Queensbury; assault, criminal damage, original offence of possession of an offensive weapon dealt with, 12 months’ community order, £450 compensation; commission of a further offence while subject to conditional discharge, dealt with for the original offence.

Colin Beetham, aged 51, of Thyme Court, Allerton; three counts of theft, three counts of breach of criminal behaviour order, jailed for 24 weeks, £249.44 compensation. Jan Sivak, aged 41, of Cartmel Road, Keighley; failure to comply with requirements of a community order, order revoked and dealt with for the original offence; original offence of driving while disqualified dealt with, jailed for 28 days suspended for 12 months, 100 hours’ unpaid work. Piotr Olszak, aged 41, of Osterley Grove, Ravenscliffe; theft, £150 fine, £500 compensation, £280 costs; failure to surrender to custody, £70 fine.
