Armed police activity on Bradford estate
ARMED police have been in Holme Wood after a report of a gunshot.
Officers attended Stirling Crescent at about 11pm yesterday following a report of what was believed to be a gun being fired, said a police spokesman.
Police searched the area, but no damage was found and no injuries were reported.
"Enquiries are continuing," added the spokesman.
Telegraph & Argus reader Jay Leeming contacted the T&A at the time to say: "Police in Holmewood with big torches and police helicopter overhead."
