THIS weekend will see local producers take over Darley Street as part of a two day market.
The first Made Bradford market, featuring stalls selling food, crafts and arts made in Bradford and the surrounding areas, was held last month. The event proved such a success that the second market will take place over two days.
Tomorrow’s market will have around 20 stalls on Darley Street, while Sunday’s market, held on the same day the Tour De Yorkshire starts its final leg in Bradford, will have 15 stalls.
Many of the producers who took part in last month’s market will return for this one, with several more added. New traders include Wrapture, selling vegan wraps. Other traders include the Little Soap Shop and the Yorkshire Pie Company.
Shy Burhan, one of the organisers, said: “We’re really pleased we’ve had so many traders want to take part.”
