THREE women are still receiving hospital treatment, some for serious injuries, after a two car crash.
Four people were taken to hospital following the incident involving a white Volkswagen Golf and a black Vauxhall Vectra in Buck Street, off Leeds Road, Barkerend, at 10.30pm on Wednesday.
An 18-year-old woman remains in hospital in a “critical but stable” condition after suffering serious injuries. A 16-year-old girl is also still being treated for multiple serious injuries, and a 23 year old remains in hospital after suffering a wrist injury.
A 21-year-old woman suffered a minor head injury, but has now been discharged from hospital.
None of the injuries are thought to be life threatening.?
Mr Crusty café was hit by the Golf during the crash, and suffered major damage.
Witnesses to the crash, or who saw the vehicles shortly beforehand, can contact West Yorkshire Police’s Safer Roads and Neighbourhood Support Team on 101, quoting log reference 1867 of April 19.
