A FOUR-year-old boy has raised more than £500 for Comic Relief by organising a sponsored swim.

Ethan Feliciello completed the challenge at Keighley Leisure Centre to "do his bit" to support the fundraising drive.

This year's appeal has raised more than £73 million to transform lives across the UK and in the world's poorest communities.

Keeley Johnson, who helped support Ethan's challenge, said: "After purchasing red noses in January, Ethan decided that he wanted to complete a sponsored swim to raise money for charity.

"He wanted to raise zillions of pennies for people who don't have much."

The youngster set up his own giving page, where he said: "I'm doing my bit for Red Nose Day 2017.

"I will be doing a really big swim as my challenge is 200m and ten big jumps into the pool.

"If you could sponsor me, I'd be really grateful, as your generosity really will help to make a world of difference to people living unimaginably tough lives. Thank you."
