POLICE have released images of two men they believe could help their investigation into a cash in transit robbery near Valley Parade.
On Thursday February 23 a man making a cash pick up on Thorncliffe Road, Manningham, was approached by two men in balaclavas that snatched a cash box he was transporting.
The men then got into the back of a silver vehicle, thought to be a Ford Focus, which drove off down Thornhill Road, which is next to the football ground and One in a Million Free School.
The man was unhurt in the robbery, which took place between 3.35pm and 3.45pm..
Police later recovered the vehicle, which had been abandoned along with the emptied cash box.
After scouring CCTV footage from the area at the time of the incident, police have now identified these two men they feel will be able to help in their investigation.
Anyone who recognises the men can contact police on 101 quoting crime reference number 13170086231 or anonymously through charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
