Views are wanted on flooding
THE Canal & River Trust is preparing a Heritage Lottery Fund bid to fund a five-year project called Calder Valley Rising and asking people to have their say.
The Trust is working on the project to help improve the resilience of the Calder Valley, an area devastated by the floods in December 2015.
If successful, it will add to the work being undertaken by the Environment Agency and Calderdale Council to create a more integrated approach to the management of water and land.
