THE deadline for offers to buy part of the fire service headquarters site in Birkenshaw for a housing development is the end of this month.
West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service was granted outline planning permission last year for up to 30 homes on the surplus land at Bradford Road.
Interested buyers have until noon on March 31.
