PLANS to build houses on a pub's former car park are likely to be approved by a planning committee.
Quasim Khan has submitted plans to build four semi-detached houses and two detached bungalows on the old car park of the Black Swan in Frizinghall Road, Frizinghall.
The plans include 12 parking spaces.
Members of Bradford Area Planning Panel have been recommended to approve the application.
There have been six objections to the plans, as well as three people writing to support them.
One objector said the site provides overspill parking for residents of Rydal Avenue, but planners have pointed out that it is privately owned and not for public parking.
The planning panel meets at Bradford City Hall from 10am on March 15.
