THE Leeds City Region is today sending its largest ever delegation to an annual global investment and property forum.

The Marché International des Professionnels d’Immobilier (MIPIM) is held each year in Cannes, France. This year, a group of 100 business and local government decision-makers from the city region, including Bradford Council chief executive Kersten England, will be going there to showcase the area to investors and developers.

They will take off at 10.40am on a specially chartered flight from Leeds-Bradford airport.

Roger Marsh (pictured), chairman of Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership, said: “Over the past few years, I have seen Leeds City Region’s attendance at MIPIM - and the successes we’ve achieved as a result – grow exponentially.”
