A BRADFORD actor who has appeared in Hollywood films has won an award at a ceremony in the city.
Zafar Ali (pictured) won Best Actor at the Oracle Awards held in Bradford.
“The awards are a platform for Asian people in all sorts of professions, including radio, TV, fashion, business and charity,” said Mr Ali.
“It’s held every year in different towns, this year it was Bradford.”
Mr Ali works as a supporting actor and has been in TV soaps and in the films Hunters Prayer, Undead Air and Lies We Tell.
He was nominated in the Oracle Awards for his role in a TV comedy, Lala and Chittu, in which he played a double role.
