STOCK Cars are set to return to Odsal this weekend.
A multitude of cars will form part of the pre-match entertainment ahead of the Bradford Bulls's game with Batley Bulldogs on Sunday.
BriSCA Formula 1 Stock Cars world champion Frankie Wainman Junior, from Silsden, will be in attendance.
Anyone who gets to the game early will be able to see the Stock Cars do a lap of honour or view the vehicles on the concourse.
The Provident Stadium oval was once a stomping ground for speedway and stock car racing, and world finals were once held at the stadium.
A Bulls spokesman said: "This weekend sees stock cars return to the illustrious Provident Stadium.
"We recommend to get the full matchday experience and to see the stock cars in all their glory, arrive at the stadium when gates open at 2pm."
Although this weekend will only be a parade of Stock Cars, as opposed to a demonstration or a race, it is likely raise hopes that full-on racing could one day return to the legendary track.
