Takeaway wins appeal
A PIZZA takeaway in Bradford has won an appeal over enforcement action against an unauthorised extractor flue.
The Government planning inspector has also granted permission for the flue at Snooty’s Pizza Bar, in Great Horton Road.
It follows refusal of planning permission by Bradford Council for a similar flue in April last year.
The Council took action due to the effect on those living in the flats above.
