ARSONISTS torched a car after dumping it on a muddy track in Baildon today.

Firefighters from Shipley station were called to Higher Coach Road at 12.15am after a Vauxhall Vectra was set alight.

A spokesman for the station said: "It was destroyed. It was 100 per cent involved when we arrived.

"It was on a muddy track, in the middle of nowhere, really."

A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said officers were called to the incident at about 12.25am and that it was being investigated as an arson attack.
