A SPECIAL screening of the 2015 film Suffragette is taking place in the Banqueting Suite of City Hall at 6.30pm on Wednesday, March 8, to mark International Women’s Day.

The screening has been organised by Bradford UNESCO City of Film and Bradford Council.

The film tells the story of the pioneering group of women in the early 20th century who fought for women’s rights in the UK.

Entry to the screening is free, but booking a place is essential.
