A TEAM hoping to open a new free school in Bradford will set out their plans at a public meeting tomorrow.
Earlier this month, the new Yorkshire Academy trust unveiled plans to build and open a secondary school specialising in science.
If it secures Government funding, the school could open next year, with an initial intake of 300 Year 7 and Year 12 pupils.
The trust is also planning to open a sister school in Huddersfield.
The founders are hosting a consultation evening so parents can find out more information.
It takes place at 6pm tomorrow at City Hall, Bradford.
Co-founder Zubair Hanslot said: “The Yorkshire Academy’s broad enrichment programme is designed to develop well-rounded, individuals with a strong moral understanding. It will nurture and encourage all students towards a full social and economic integration and becoming valuable contributors to society.”
