BRADFORD Council has refused plans for cabling to be installed on a city centre building after officers said the applicant hadn’t explained why it was needed.
John Graeme Brown was refused permission for external cabling on the front of 34 Darley Street, a listed building on the corner with Duke Street.
Officers said the cabling was “clutter,” and the “benefits of which are not stated with this submission.”
