ARSONISTS set a Jaguar car on fire in Bradford today.

Firefighters were called to a cobbled area behind the Colonial Building on Sunbridge Road at about 7.10am.

A spokesman for West Yorkshire fire service said the Jaguar was "not salvageable".

A BMW parked nearby suffered slight damage, added the spokesman.

Crews from Bradford fire station tackled the blaze.

Also, firefighters from Odsal station were called to a van blaze in Oaks Fold, West Bowling, at 11.55pm yesterday. It was started deliberately, firefighters believe.
