AN INDOOR craft market is proving a hit with customers in Bradford.

The Craft Market in Darley Street, set up by husband-and-wife Catriona and Barrie Naylor, showcases the work of a number of local independent retailers.

So far, five stallholders and a number of other craft sellers have taken up space in the market.

Items on offer include photographs, recycled furniture, personalised cushions and soft furnishings, rag dolls, keyrings, bags, tie-dye clothing, crystals and holistic therapy.

The site’s other attractions include psychic clairvoyant Denise Barnes, who works at the market every Friday.

Mrs Naylor said: “Everyone who has come in to see us has been really positive. People are loving it. It is something different.

“You don’t see anything else like this in Bradford. We only have one stall space left.”

Last year, Mr and Mrs Naylor decided to make the leap into starting a new craft market and they have have now invested around £15,000 of their own money into setting up the business.
