PEOPLE seeking a triple challenge have been urged to sign up for a triathlon.
The Richard Dunn Triathlon will take place on Sunday, July 2, at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre, Odsal, Bradford.
It will include a 400-metre swim, followed by a 10km cycle ride and finished off with a 5km or 10km run.
Awards will be given to the first man and woman who complete the course. All competitors will be timed during their race.
All competitors will need to report to reception to register and confirm their attendance on the morning of the event.
Entrance is £15 each until Sunday, February 19, or £20 after that.
The closing date for entries is Sunday, June 11.

Fitness instructors at Richard Dunn Sports Centre have attended a one-day triathlon training course.
