PEOPLE seeking a triple challenge have been urged to sign up for a triathlon.
The Richard Dunn Triathlon will take place on Sunday, July 2, at the Richard Dunn Sports Centre.
It will include a 400-metre swim, followed by a 10km cycle ride and 5km or 10km run.
Awards will be given to the first man and woman who complete the course. All competitors will be timed.
Entrance is £15 each until this Sunday, or £20 after that date. The closing date for entries is Sunday, June 11.
