A ROBBER pinned a man down and stole his mobile phone after he had fallen over in Bradford.
The victim was outside a shop on Duckworth Lane, Girlington, when he fell.
As he tried to get back up, he became aware that he was being pinned down by a man who then took the phone from his pocket.
Police said the robbery happened on Tuesday, November 29, between 7.15pm and 8.15pm.
A spokesman for West Yorkshire Police said the robber was a white man, about 6ft tall, and of slim build.
He also had a gaunt face with prominent cheekbones, was clean shaven, and spoke with a local accent.
Police said the robber was wearing a dark jacket, dark jeans, a black woolly hat and was carrying a duffle bag which was tan-coloured at the end.
Anyone with any information should call PC Leanne Dyson at Bradford District CID via 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555111.
