CHILDREN at a Bradford primary school were visited by Bradford City star Mark Marshall, who spoke to the pupils about his career and how to succeed in the future.
The flying Jamaican winger spoke to the children at Fearnville Primary School in Tyersal about the sacrifices he has made in order to be the best footballer he can be.
He told the children to remain focused, stay healthy and to work hard in school, just like he did to succeed in football.
As well as speaking to the children, Marshall answered questions, signed autographs and showed off some of his skills.
Daniel Cassidy, year 3 teacher and PE co-ordinator at Fearnville, said: "The children really enjoyed the experience of meeting a Bradford City superstar and he was great with the class.
"The children loved showing Mark their work and now know if they work hard, follow instructions and work as a team then they too can follow their dreams.
"Mark had a lot of time for all of the children and it was great to see someone giving so much back to the local community and the next generation of fans."
