POLICE have confirmed the name of a cyclist who died in a collision with a bus in Batley.
Daniel Jackson, 22, from Heckmondwike, was travelling down Soothill Lane and turned right into the junction with Grace Leather Lane when he collided with the bus.
He suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The incident occurred at around 11.40am on Wednesday, October 5.
Officers are continuing to appeal for anyone with any information about the collision to come forward by calling police on 101 quoting incident number 527 of the 5/10.
